  3. Damaged, Defective, or Different Item Received:

    • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or different item than what you ordered, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • We urge you to not open the product packaging and keep as it you have received. We strongly suggest to click the photos of the damaged items you have received, it might required by our team to provide you better resolution.
    • Return would be not be accepted if the products are opened or seal has been tampered.

    • In case of full refund, amount would be credited back to the same payment method you have used during the checkout for the prepaid orders. For COD orders, our team will reach to you.
